Awesome WYSIWYG Editor Does Not Seem to Wrap Lines as Configured

Using this XML:

I have set the characters to wrap to after 120 characters:

However, when I save it, the lines do not wrap.

Please let me know if I am misunderstanding something obvious here!

The option means that it generates a single line like "<summary>Text length less than 120 symbols</summary>". Otherwise start and end "summary" tags are wrapped.
