No Parse Information Available For Current File

When trying to document anything in the TypeScript file, I get the error message "No parse information available for current file."

Please provide us with the following information:

What product do you use GhostDoc Community or GhostDoc Pro?

What Visual Studio version do you use?

What kind of project are you working on?

Does the TypeScript file a part of a project?

Please send us the log file from c:\Users\\Documents\SubMain\GhostDoc Pro for VS20XX\GhostDoc.log to support@submain.com
