GhostDoc Pro is not generating a header
Problem reported by William Hutchison - 12/1/2018 at 3:41 AM

Hi,

I have upgraded to GhostDoc Pro v2018.1.18310.  Ever since I upgrade from v5 to v2018, when I execute GhostDoc Pro on a file, it does not generate a header on new files (or update the existing header on old files).  I have tried to use the GhostDoc header option also; however, it does not create a header for a new file or update the header on a file where I had previously used GhostDoc (using GhostDoc Pro v5).

These are almost exclusively C# files and I am running GhostDoc Pro from within Visual Studio 2017 (I think build number 15.9.3)
