When I check spelling using GhostDoc Pro 2019.2.19200 in VS2019 16.4, the Spelling Report says 219 errors were found; however, the results area doesn't refresh:

Thank you for reporting that. Could you please switch to Light theme and check if you can see the spelling report?

The problem isn't the theme, its that the Spelling Report area always shows whatever was there last. For example:
But never any real results...

Could you please send us the log file from c:\Users\<user>\Documents\SubMain\GhostDoc Pro for VS2019\GhostDoc Pro.log to support@submain.com?

Hello,

We found a source of the issue.
The .NET Framework 4.8 comes with several enhancements to support Per-Monitor V2 DPI Awareness (PMv2) and Mixed-Mode DPI hosting in Windows Forms.
Unfortunately, sometimes tool windows do not render correctly when its Per-Monitor Awareness (PMA) setting is enabled – including GhostDoc tool windows.

As a workaround please uncheck Tools->Options->General - "Optimise rendering for screens with different pixel densities (requires restart)" checkbox and restart Visual Studio.
The tool windows will work after doing that.
